- All secure containers retrieved from customers’ site are bar-coded and tracked to the point of destruction.
- A “Certificate of Destruction” is issued for each container detailing volume/weight of contents and date of final destruction.
- Transportation vehicles are secured at all times.
- The document destruction area of the plant is protected with security fencing and controlled access doors.
- Only employees with access rights can enter destruction area.
- Shredding area in plant has 90 days of surveillance footage available for viewing.
- Customers can view/witness shredding process via internet web cam 24 hrs. day.
- All shredded paper is baled and recycled.
